02 Bedtime Sessions
Getting a good night’s rest is a huge problem for many people. These sessions offer pre-bedtime and bedtime sessions, which may offer benefits for nighttime use.
How should I use these sessions?
Check the descriptions below for each. The first 4 sessions are to be done BEFORE you get in bed. These may help promote a good night’s rest. Sessions #6 – #11 are either inductions sessions or straight Delta sessions. Induction sections start in an SMR frequency and ramp down to Delta. The other sessions produce Delta frequencies for the duration of the session. For any of these sessions you can put the glasses on the nightstand next to you. The blinking lights in a dark room may be enough to offer a visual benefit.
An * next to the session name indicates that light colors can be changed. Press the bottom of the wheel once a session starts. Choosing blue or green light during these sessions may disrupt melatonin production, so you should avoid those colors..
