09 Bi-Hemisphere Sessions

Bi-hemisphere issues occur when the left and ride side of the brain are firing at different frequencies. This is often referred to as an asymmetry imbalance. For example, people with depression or mood issues have been shown in research studies to have elevated Alpha activity in the left hemisphere compared to the right. Conversely, those with anxiety and stress related issues have been shown in similar studies to have elevated Beta activity in the right hemisphere, especially in the frontal lobes.

The goal of Bi-hemisphere training is to flash different frequencies in each eye field to help normalize the asymmetry imbalance between hemispheres. By normalizing Alpha and Beta frequencies between hemispheres, users may see an improvement in certain neurological conditions.
