Congratulations on your Nexus purchase. We hope that using this device will help you achieve better mental health states and improve your overall well being.
There are over 90 sessions available, each focusing on certain brainwaves and areas of the mind. If you are needing help with mood, then you should only use sessions that list that as a benefit. If you are needing help with stress reduction, then only use sessions with that benefit.
We also recommend you try multiple sessions to see which one works best for you. Every person is different and result will vary between sessions.
The Nexus unit sessions are designed to move the mind into desired frequencies, which may improve mental states while using it. No long term or permanent benefits have been researched or implied. If you experience any discomfort while running a session, we recommend you discontinue use and consult your doctor.
* Pay Attention To Your Breathing *
Spending 30 seconds on your breathing before a session may improve your session. When you start a session, breathe in slowly through your nose and then slowly exhale through your mouth. Do this at a pace that is comfortable for you.
