Session Folders and Descriptions

A full list of sessions is below

01 Mental Health Sessions

The sessions in this folder are designed to support people who have common neurological symptoms resulting from irregular brainwaves that are too fast or slow. Some target multiple brainwave frequencies. Sessions may help with emotional trauma, mood swings, focus, attention, memory, cognitive decline and sleep related problems. Some have instructions to follow during the session. See descriptions below for specific benefits of each or consult your doctor for more specific details about each session.

02 Bedtime Sessions

Getting a good night’s rest is a huge problem for many people. Elevated brainwaves are often the reason, not allowing the transition to the Delta frequencies where regeneration is known to occur. These sessions offer pre-bedtime and all night sessions to help you get proper rest.

How should I use these sessions?

Check the descriptions below for each. The first 5 sessions are to be done BEFORE you get in bed. These set you up for a good night’s rest. For sessions 6 – 11 you can put the glasses on the nightstand next to you. The blinking in a dark room will be enough to offer a visual benefit. Do as often as you wish.

03 Disentrainment / Randomization Sessions

The goal of disentrainment is to use randomized lights and sounds to break up stuck patterns in the mind and encourage new neuronal growth. Stuck patterns can lead to bad habits and addictions. Randomization forces the mind to refocus and pay attention. A focused mind will function
better. Randomization may be effective for many different neurological conditions. We recommend using disentrainment often, especially when in mood cycles that you want to be free of. Use any glasses for sessions.

04 SMR Sensorimotor Sessions

SMR stands for Sensorimotor Rhythm, and is found in between the relaxed (Alpha) and awake (Beta) states. Boosting SMR activity in the Sensory Motor Cortex may improve sleep patterns and provide better resistance to stress. Entraining this area may both calm a busy mind and enhance concentration, which is good for those with attention issues. For severe nighttime issues, use well before bed. Around sunset is recommended. SMR has a balancing effect, so it can be used after other sessions that target deep theta or gamma. For best results, we recommend
you do at least 3 sessions per week for 3- 4 weeks. Some people with excessive alpha should limit SMR training.

05 Gamma Sessions

Gamma waves are associated with higher brain functions like cognition and memory. Gamma waves can also promote higher states of awareness and increased brain function during meditation. Benefits of proper gamma frequencies may include improved cognition, problem-solving, information processing and memory. Gamma entrainment may increase your attention span, awareness, mindfulness, proper brain functioning and mind immunity. Some research shows it may help with mood. Those with memory related issues and illnesses may find gamma sessions helpful.

YOU CAN overdo Gamma entrainment. So limit yourself to 3 sessions per week at first until you know its effects. Gamma can be very energizing, so it shouldn’t be done at night

06 Peak Performance Sessions

High cognitive performance or “peak brain performance“ refers to the achievement of optimal functioning of cognitive capabilities and executive functions. Peak performance training may help with memory, processing
speed, and decision-making. These capabilities can be boosted to optimal levels, allowing one to simply “do better.” Sessions may be helpful for work, sports optimization and performance related issues.
